Recently purchased this system. The key fob does come with the system.

Yes, all of their systems come with at least one fob and one keypad.

Yes, the key fob was included in the package I received. The key for also functions as a USB flash drive. When you put it in your computer (has to be Windows computer), it will give you detailed installation instructions.

one-yes away turns it on and the off button. turns it off. This is on the key chain fob. . turn
