Q: QuestionIs anyone using what looks like a screw eye metal bolt on the bottom?Are you supposed to secure them to something for theft security or simply so they don't tip over in bad weather? Thanks.

- A:Answer These speakers accept a signal via speaker wire. They will connect to and work with any stereo that they can connect to with speaker wire.

- A:Answer You can bury it. It will last for about 5 years. Get some plastic pipe and some plumbing glue bury in the pipeline and it will last probably 20 years.

- A:Answer These speakers are already 8 ohms, but u shouldn't need 4, they are very loud. If you do decide to hook up 4, see if your receiver is 4 ohm stable if it is it should be fine. But I have two and they are very loud.
