• No, the delivery company of Best Buy will not use the old vent, they use the one that you must buy with the dryer that does not fit the new dryer.

• Yes I did that. My dryer vent is clean and in good condition so I just returned my kit to the store after my dryer was installed.

• Dryer exhaust tubes and wall vents build up a lot of lint, but f clean and undamaged, I cannot see why it should not be reused.
