Will they cut a hole in my wall for the vent null

You need that done before you have it installed

If you already have a dryer, there should be a vent already installed. If not, they would need to cut a hole in your wall... it is pretty extensive and runs through to the outside of the house, so it's essentially two holes with a tunnel in between.

No the whole was all ready there
