Why do I have to buy a vent kit for a ventless dryer? null

To get free installation usually old one needs to be replaced

check the definition of "ventless". if you think about it, a totally sustained unit would have that lint and heat building up to make a nice bonfire if it wasn't routed out of the dryer. if you were told that it truly doesn't need an output, you were talking to the guy who installed my stove in bellevue. the hose ended under the counter - not good. nor legal.
