Since the unboxing It was difficult to sync the earbuds to each other which I thougt it was normal after the first time I didnt have issues til I started wearing only one on mono mode and then trying to ad the other one and switching to stereo after a few tries it would work out until one day they just did not sync at after calling support from sol republic they agreed to replaced them and the process of sending them and getting the new unit back it’s so far on the second week! It’s reallly an inconvenience when I had just gotten the amps air for father’s day and not even 2 months after I had to get them replaced
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This worked like a charm for me: TROUBLESHOOTING 1. Turn off Bluetooth on your device. 2.. Take earbuds out of your case. 3.. Press and hold Sol Button for 3 seconds on both earbuds to turn them off. 4. Quick press multi-function button once on earbuds to turn them on. 5. Quick press multi-function button twice on both earbuds to put them intopairing mode and reconnect to each other. 6. Turn on Bluetooth on your device. 7. Pair to "Amps Air"
