Questionhello does the sound, sound like it's coming from the ceiling?? or does it sound normal. i have a 10 foot ceiling with no way for in/on wall speakers

QuestionDo I need a wireless transmitter to connect subwoofer to Pioneer Elite VSX-LX103?

- Answer Hi, The wireless transmitter and receiver kit (BBY SKU# 6401974) is only needed if you do not want, or cannot run the subwoofer cable from your receiver to the subwoofer location. It's not required to operate the subwoofer. If you are going to purchase the wireless transmitter and receiver kit, make sure you are buying BBY SKU# 640197. We offer two versions of our Sonance wireless kits. You will need the kit with both the transmitter and receiver since the subwoofer does not have a built-in wireless receiver. QuestionI saw question that said these speakers needed a bracket sold separately. In the picture I included I pointed out what I believe to be the piece necessary to ceiling mount. Am I wrong or are those sufficient to ceiling mount?

QuestionI was planning on purchasing the Sonance MAG5.1 premium in wall speaker system for my basement. How does the in ceiling MAG5.1 package compare? I would like to keep it as sleek as possible but don’t want to sacrifice sound or system power.

- Answer Hi, Thanks for your question. The MAG5.1 Premium would provide you a step up in performance. The 5.1 Premium system includes three front LCR (Left, Center, Right) speakers, two MAG6R SUR surround speakers, a wireless transmitter and receiver kit for the subwoofer, and the MS10 (10" powered sub.) The MAG5.1R has three MAG6R speakers, two MAG6R SUR surround speakers, and an 8" powered sub. The LCR speakers, the wireless transmitter and receiver kit, and the MS10 subwoofer provide the step up in performance. I hope you found this information helpful. QuestionDoes this system require a receiver? If so, what do you suggest? Also I see that the speakers are black but, are they paintable so you can match the wall paint.

- Answer Hi, Yes, this system does require an A/V receiver that can support at least a 5.1 system (5 channels of full-range audio and 1 channel for the subwoofer.) The receiver should also have at least 100-watts of power or more per channel to power the system properly. The speakers are black; however, the speaker grilles are white and are paintable.
