QuestionSince the amplifier doesn’t have a Bluetooth input, If I also get the the Sonos streaming port can I attach it to the amp which is wired to all the satellite speakers, will I all the speakers and subwoofers to play in harmony with each other?

- Answer Hi, Thanks for your question. The amplifier has (1) analog RCA input, (1) digital coax input, and (1) TOSlink input. Keep in mind that only one input can be used at a time. QuestionCan the Sonance SGS 8.1 (pool area) be grouped together with the Sonos Beam Gen2 (patio TV) to stream Spotify/Pandora/DirecTV's Music Choice channels via the Sonos app?

- Answer Hi, Thank you for your question. You cannot directly connect the Sonos Beam to the Garden Series system. However, you can group a Sonos Beam to the Sonance Garden Series 8.1 if you use a Sonos Port as the source for the Garden Series system. Setting up your system like this lets you easily play sound from your TV on your Garden Series system. I hope you found this information helpful. QuestionWhat are differences with this new series and the Sonarray series? Any change in the exterior materials used for the satellite speakers?

- Answer Hi Ladd. Thanks for taking time to write us with your question. The Garden series product has a slightly different satellite (two-way with 3/4" dome tweeter), with additional mounting options, and the overall system plays louder. Our Sonarray product is great for covering about 2,500 square feet, while a 8.1 Garden series is 3,500 square I hope this answers your question. QuestionCan this system operate with a gen1 app because I already have an outside system that is gen 1? Does this system allow me to separate the speakers into different areas and control them separately?

- Answer HI, Thank you for your question. This system includes the satellites, subwoofer, and amplifier. It does not include a Sonos Port. If you have an older Sonos Connect you could add it to this system and use it with the Gen 1 app. I hope you found this information helpful. QuestionHi. I purchased the SGS 8.1 & Samsung 75” Terrace TV. I connected the two optically & the volume was fixed (i used PCM mode). I added a Yamaha WXC-50 preamp to resolve this. Now I can change the volume, but only a few decibels. Why am I having this issue?

- Answer It depends. You could use an audio interface like the scarlet from focuseite, then connect it through a series of adapters to this system like you would through a Sonos port.

- Answer I’m not sure that you understand the usage of an amp. Buying a bigger amp will not change anything but depending on the channels and zones add more devices. If your unhappy with the volume or something else, it’s 100% that speaker’s fault. TLDR: a bigger amp wattage won’t do anything for volume.

QuestionI want to install a garden series around my firepit at my cabin. I see this can be set up to use bluetooth. I have no WIFI at my cabin. How much snow can be piled up on this system. We get between 3-6 plus feet during the winter months. Thank you

- Answer I think that there are multiple questions in here. Question 1: you will probably have to use a Sonos port and have Wi-Fi to stream with this, or find a different way to stream without Wi-Fi. Question 2: Snow will be fine, just don’t use the system when there is snow, and wait for everything to dry out before using it. Hope this helps.

- Answer We are using the Sonos port to tie it into our whole house solution. We use the Sonos App which makes that easy. We also tie that to our Brilliant Home controls which took me less than 5 minutes.

- Answer Hi, this is not 2 channel, it’s 8.1. The amp is a high wattage 2 channel if that’s what you mean. More channels = more speakers and sometimes more surround (depending on the system)
