A:AnswerMine did this too but with the arc hook up on a 3 year old Visio. I switched to the optical and it fixed everything. Might try updating the software or call the help line.
A:AnswerIf you have the external sub connected to a Sonos Amp then yes you can. I have a Denon external sub connected to a Sonos Amp, then when using the Arc you just have to open the Sonos App and group it with the Sonos Amp (wireless). I haven't found a way to permanently connect them so seems like you just have to do it each time, but its easy.
A:AnswerDoes not require those to function. Soundbar sounds great on its own. Adding the subwoofer and other speakers would certainly enhance it, but not required (I don't have those myself)
A:AnswerIt is completely wireless, except for the power plug and HDMI cable to TV. The plugs are concealed on the inside so you can position it so no cords show.
A:AnswerI’m not completely sure. And the sono sub cost $700 plus. If I were you I would get the Bose sub I think there are two choices one bigger than the other but talk to Best Buy geek’s to get your answer.
A:AnswerI’m not sure if you’ve tried or considered this already, but see about getting a new power cord for the speaker. If that doesn’t work try googling or searching on YouTube if there’s a way for you to fix it yourself rather than spend over $500.
