Q: QuestionIs the the "Gen 1" or "Gen 2" version? It is my understanding that the difference between the two generations is that the "Gen 2" has AirPlay and "Gen 1" does not.

• A:Answer This is for the Gen 1. Both Gen1 and 2 have AirPlay. The differences are mainly hardware related, the speaker itself looks and sounds the same. Gen2 has more memory to potentially support yet to be named or decided features. Functionally they are exactly the same at this time.
