Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Lora, I have a LG tv. I’ve experienced this when I purchased an Apple TV 4K & went from optical to ARC. Turn off tv. Unplug all devices. I would recommend to go to your tv’s settings. Reset tv to initial settings. If you have a media streaming box device. (“Apple TV or Roku) Hook that to HDMI 1. Rehook all devices. Reinstall apps. This should stop that from ever happening again. You could also attempt to reset Playbar after resetting tv too. Should fix this issue.
