If you want audio yes. Audio comes in via optical. There is not a "frequency" issues because it uses a wifi system and each speaker has an individual address like a computer on wifi.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have two and have no issues. I also have two Amps and often group them without issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you need a second bar and subwoofer, then all can be handle from the App. Imagine playing music around the house with one App
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you do need one for a second TV. You can have as many Sonos devices as you want in your house and they will not "overlap" You can also do "Party mode" and play same on all players in the house when you play music. Do yourself a favor and pick up one of the fantastic Sonos Subwoofers and 2 Play:1 speakers for satellite. yes they're expensive all in but sound is phenomenal (even on Play1) and fantastic for music too!
I would recommend:
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.yes
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You could just move your sound bar and sub from room to room if you wanted to do that, but for permanent set ups yes you would need 2 of each for separate rooms if your wanting sound from both TV's. I would suggest getting a sub only for the main living area, the sound bar itself has pretty strong base which is perfect for a bedroom or such.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The app puts things at ease. You should be okay with just the soundbar
