“My Sonos sound bar does not seem to work with my new LG 4K LOED. I put the optical jack into the back tv parcel but no sound. Suggestions?!! Thanks. Bill”

It is a simple hook up. We have a 4K...... tv and going through the steps on the app on our phone was extremely easy. We control the volume on our dish remote or our phone. Sonos has great customer service if you're still having problems.
