• Not sure about into Sonos .. no visible jacks. However, if you add ROKU 3 or 4, they have an earphone jack with volume control and when watching a Roku based channel, the earphones turn off the TV's speaker and the Sonos as well.

• You can NOT connect headphones to the sonos playbar. As far as I know, only play:5 has headphone output port.
