In order to understand exactly what is happening and how to address the problem there is more information needed. Your best course of action would be to run a system diagnostic (under Help and Tips in the Sonos app) and contact our customer experience team. The diagnostic will allow the team to understand what is happening and how to fix your variable volume problem!
