• You should be able to. You can only have one paired with a soundbar but it acts like a speaker everywhere else.

• At the time of writing this Sonos only allows one sub to be paired with a surround sound setup or individual stereo speaker pair. So, if you have surround sound in the living room you can add a sub there. Hypothetically, If you also have two play-3 in the office setup as a stereo pair you can add another sub there. I have not personally tested this out as I only have one sub for the surround sound use.
