QuestionAny way to have the Sony WH-1000XM2 connected to both a MacBook Pro and an iPhone at the same time, to listen music from the MacBook and receive/make cellphone calls? I've read it is possible but apparently only in Windows environments?
Asked 8 years ago by kokopeli.
- Answer You do realize that you can answer phone calls from your MacBook if it uses the same iCloud account as your iPhone. Just make sure you turn on this feature on the iPhone.

QuestionDo these headphones have the same cracking problem that the last version had! I am planning to buy them soon and I want them to last for the price. Thank you.
Asked 9 years ago by Adrian.
- Answer I have yet to have any cracking problems with these. But, I have the previous model as well (the original 1000x) and haven't had any problems with them either. I use them daily and travel with them as well. I do keep them in the case when I'm not using them, could something have possibly happened to yours to cause them to crack? If you haven't already, it may be worth contacting Sony. These are a premium set of headphones, and they have lived up to that with me.

QuestionLet’s say the battery dies and I connect with a wire. Will noise cancelling work? I know Bose QC35 will provide a sound but no noise cancelling on that case. What about Sony?
Asked 9 years ago by Anton.
- Answer I believe these are the same--sound will work, but no noise-cancelling without battery power.

QuestionCan these headphones be pair with ps4 pro?
Asked 9 years ago by Anonymous.
- Answer No, they can't because the PS4 doesn't support audio over Bluetooth ( stupid, I know ). They can plug into the PS4 controller for game audio, but they can't be used as a wired headset with mic since it doesn't support a 4-pole connector.

Asked 9 years ago by AlloidAce.
