Along with the Red and White RCA cables for the LR audio, you also need to plug a third RCA into the yellow RCA video output jack to pipe the video over to your monitor.

Please try again later.It may be in the wrong slot, if you have it in TV for example but already have an HDMI with TV it will not work because it will automatically be choosing the signal to use for you. There is a way in the menu to manually tell it to use optical, coax or HDMI. or bad wires? really depends on what you have going on...
