“Sometimes my Sony XBR940E TV loses connectivity from the soundbar (both video & audio) when watching cable tv. I thought it might be my cable STB but I switched it out. I'm using high speed HDMI cables. It doesn't happen with my PS4 though. Whats wrong???”

I'm still getting the same problem. I tried changing out HDMI cables. I changed cable providers from Spectrum to FIOS. I also changed the input from HDMI1 to HDMI3 hoping it would help but its still doing the same thing. It doesn't happen all the time, a few times/week. It says W.SUR on the display. Its as if the connection to the two SRS-ZR5 speakers might have something to do with it. All the software is updated on both the soundbar and wireless speakers. It usually happens when going to a commercial. It basically resets itself, goes to the home screen, then back to normal. Never happens with the PS4, only the cable STB.
