• It does .NOT mount to TV, and must be hung on wall below TV. Instructions for wall mounting and hardware are included

• You can get soundbar mounting brackets and mount the sound bar to the tv/tv mounting setup so it can tilt and move with tv etc. it doesn’t have to be mounted directly to a wall.
