Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You should be able to use the controls on the side/back of the tv. Hook up the sound bar then through the tv settings select external speakers and select the port you plugged the soundbar into. You should then be able to go through your external remote to sync the volume buttons with your tv’s external ‘speaker’. Hope that helps.
