“I can't get my subwoofer to sync....the led light just flashes red..any ideas?”

• Suggestions: 1) perform a subwoofer sync through the setup menu 2) failing step 1, perform a factory reset on the soundbar

• Do u mean flash or does it just stays red if it stays red it means it's not even connect to the bar if it flashes that means something's wrong with it when it connects it turns green. But for me there's was a button on the subwoofer to sync it to the sound bar press it once it's sync when u turn on sound bar the subwoofer should automatically connect .
