“Connecting HT NT5 to LG OLED TV. No connection to screen options. I hooked up my HT NT5 soundbar with optical cable and set LG OLED TV to optical sound output. I cannot get setup option to show up on my TV. I am getting sound through soundbar, but nothing is showing up. I would like to see options on TV screen. Followed all directions. Help!”

Please try connecting both devices using HDMI connection. Thanks, >Joffrey
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had to first find the HDMI port that supports ARC. Once that is connected correctly I did have to unplug and restart the soundbar. Also check you have the latest software.
