“HI i dont have Optical in my TV, they gave me an adaptor but the sound isn't right? the green light is on the Subwoofer but hardly any sound? is this because of the telly or adaptor not being correct? regards Gary”

So I bought this for my dad and after setting it up at first I thought it was terrible for the first 20 minutes and considered returning it. I didn't know if the subwoofer was even doing anything and the audio didn't sound great but I think it was all dependent on the program you were watching. We were watching a regular game show but I ended up moving the sub behind the couch and watching other stations like movie channels or netflix and the sound is actually amazing and everything I expected it to be. You can tell a major difference with things like action movies especially.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try pushing (and holding) the "Voice" button on the remote control. The subwoofer output will vary when this feature is engaged/disengaged. I hope this helps solve your issues. In addition, the way you have your subwoofer facing in your room may also affect the volume (or output) of your subwoofer.
