Is this compatible with the a7iii? null

Absolutely compatible with the full family of A7/A9/A1/etc Sony full-frame, mirrorless cameras. This is a full-frame lens (but also works great on Sony’s crop-factor, APC cameras, albeit at a 1.5x jump)
