“I have the TV installed but I cannot figure out how to stream Pandora, Amazon Prime, etc. All I can use is Netflix because it has a separate button on the remote. Help. I'm not smart enough for my Smart TV.”

Press the "Home" button on the remote. Press the select button ( looks like a cross with a dot in the middle ) when "All Apps" has the box around it. Select the app you want to use. Viola!
