A:AnswerWe had Verizon Fios - that apparently sold the state of Texas to Frontier. We had to have a Frontier technician come out to get our set-top box to connect to this tv. He found that we had a very old splitter in the attic that he changed out. Not sure what else he did, but it's working beautifully now.
A:AnswerYes. I am not sure exactly what your question is. This television will play a true 4K Blu-ray DVD. In order to play a 4K Blu-ray DVD you need a 4K DVD player. Be careful because some DVD players say they are 4K upscaling. This means they upscale Blu-ray DVDs to near 4K quality however they will not play a true 4K DVD. I read comments from a lot of unhappy people who purchased a 4K upscaling Blu-ray DVD player when they found out that the player would not play a 4K DVD. This television also upscales. If you play a standard Blu-ray disc through the television but television will upscale it to near 4K quality. I hope that answers your question.

A:Answerit sounds like the problem is either the tv or the roku box itself and maybe the cable. try a different hdmi input, if it still gives you problems, try a different cable and you will know where the problem is
