A:Answer I asked the same thing and the answer is not easy from Sony. I would need a blue tooth transmitter to pair with amazon alexa or headphones. seams that sony uses a blue tooth platform to control the tv like change the channel or raise, lower volume. the blue tooth version on the platform does not transmit, hence the need for a transmitter, like Yetor TX9 upgrade version usb transmitter. The usb uses a 120 vac charger as in diagram and wired with analog signal, that is the 3.5mm analog out plug in the back of the tv. This signal is controlled by the remote, so if you have the TV turned down you will have no volume. you have to turn the TV speakers off in settings then turn the remote control volume up to have sound. Will also work like this with Amazon Alexa.
