• Sometimes these Android TVs lose their wifi adapter. Unplug the TV for 30 seconds and plug it back in. It will reboot and usually resets. Will likely even remember the wifi credentials.

• I had the same problem. I called spectrum. The modem was reset for the new tv. I haven't had the problem since.
