QuestionSome reviewers commented about the set not sitting straight when using the provided “stand” or feet. Does the set tilt backwards at all? Is the set firmly stable using stand? Can’t wall mount and have a hefty cat who explores.

- Answer Yes it does lean back, I bought the TV without knowing this. My location is in the corner cutout in my living room about my gas fireplace which makes it even on a worse angle. I wish Sony would have put this info in their spec sheet or on the outside of the box so that consumers are aware. Also, when I called customer support they said that's the way it was engineered and there is nothing that can be done. They also said didn't you look at it at Best Buy where I purchased it. This TV as well as almost all others are wall mounted not on a provided stand. All other brands at Best Buys and all my previous flat screens are completely vertical.

QuestionIt says enjoy live TV streaming with no annual contract and no surprise fees but i can't activate it without It asking me to purchase a subscription. How do i activate my free streaming without a contract? I had a feeling it sounded too good to be true.

- Answer I couldn't activate it either. I did get the regular offer for 1 week free. I spent hours on the internet trying various links & finally got lucky.& got a link to put in the promo code which still came up wrong. Also the free DVR for life is outright bs! You pay $5.00 monthly for the ability to record shows on a DVR offered with the subscription, not life. I cancelled it because I have cable with 3 premium channels & a real DVR! You can still get it for a price.

- Answer Hi, MMB! Unfortunately, the TV stand/legs of the TV cannot be moved or adjust to a narrower position. Once the TV stand is attached to the TV, the position is already fixed. -Sam

QuestionWe lost our internet connection yesterday. Our arris modem seems to be working well but the tv can’t find it. How can I reset the internet connection? Or find out if the tv has a problem?

- Answer Sometimes these Android TVs lose their wifi adapter. Unplug the TV for 30 seconds and plug it back in. It will reboot and usually resets. Will likely even remember the wifi credentials.

QuestionBluetooth is in the specs. Does this mean that I may direct the audio to remote Bluetooth speakers or headphones? And, if doing so, do the speakers in the TV still remain on? I am hearing impaired and this feature is important!

- Answer Hi, Ichabod! We can pair a wireless headphones or soundbars to your Android TV through a Bluetooth connection, however, the devices must be compatible. QuestionWhat does regular non-HD content (ie standard DVDs or broadcast) look like on this screen?

- Answer Non-HD programming (regular TV, not Netflix, for example) looks 'OK' at best. It looks "smudged", like a watercolor painting. It lacks 'crispness' and detail. Even HD programming on broadcast TV can vary from channel to channel. Some look great, others not so much. The TV does not "enhance" the picture. (SD is SD, you can't turn it in to HD regardless of the claims)
