QuestionMy USB ports fail most of the time. Have only worked a few times. Using the same usb sometimes it works and most of the time does not. Tried several different USB’s both 2.0 and 3.0. Other USB’s did not work at all. Tried unplugging tv,updates.

QuestionOur volume stopped working. We changed the cable box. It was bought last May. Less then a year old. Any ideas on how to fix? Can we have it looked at? Can we replace?

- Answer Restart the tv by holding down the power button until the restart option appears on the screen. I had this issue and restarting it corrected it. Hasn’t been a problem since.

- Answer Easy enough! Once plugged in and powered on, the TV will guide you through the setup process. This includes setting up WiFi, setting up Google Voice Assist and downloading/setting up any streaming apps you might want. Connecting external devices (PlayStation and soundbar) was as easy as plugging in and using. Overall, fairly easy setup if you follow instructions well.
