• A:Answer When using HDR native apps like Netflix, not so well. But you can adjust by increasing the Contrast and Gamma, and setting Adv. Contrast Enhancer to "high."

Q: QuestionPeople have asked the width of the legs on the stand for this TV and the answer has been 21 7/8". However, the Specifications list Stand Width of 41.5 inches. Which is it? I definitely need the narrower stand width to fit on a swivel. Thanks.

• A:Answer Pete, When I set up this TV for my in-laws recently I simply left the settings as they came from the factory for home use. The picture looks fantastic. I did the same thing for a 49" XBR X950H TV I purchased for my home. We watch only streaming services, Netflix and Amazon Prime, and the picture quality is amazing. A person could make more adjustments however, in my opinion, it isn't necessary. It's a Sony.

• A:Answer I have the 49 inch X800H. It is an easy setup with cable TV. I had Comcast and the setup wizard walked me thru setting up the remote to do many tasks of my X1 remote. You can really use the Sony remote with Comcast. It also works well with YouTube TV, Roku devices, and Fire TV from Amazon.

• A:Answer This TV has a bright picture that would work better than most in partial light. Very few TV's are designed for outdoor use. Moisture will ruin it quickly and a short circuit could cause a fire. Not recommended! There are a few TV sets designed for covered outdoor areas. I suggest you shop for one designed just for your situation-it will be safer.

• A:Answer I plugged my DVD played into HDMI port 3 on the TV, these are located on the side of the TV. Its simple if your DVD play has an HDMI port. I used HDMI Port 1 for my Cable Box ,HDMI Port 2 for my Amazon Fire Stick and HDMI Port 3 for my DVD player. Works well. There are 4 HDMI ports on this TV.
