“Can you play mp3 files from usb port I notice that you can record from cd to usb port. Can you play songs recorded to usb device. If so, what is the maximum songs that can the usb port handle. I have over 100 songs on usb stick that I can play thru my pc and also thru input device in my car. It would be nice to be able to play these thru the usb port”

YES!! Absolutely. I have 58 albums (folders) on one of my USB flash drives. No problem. I think their is a limit of 100 folders per flash drive. But even 58 Albums, is TON of great music. I customized one of my flash drives, on my Dell computer. I deleted the albums that were not my favorite albums or artists. So, cab listen to that flash drive for hours & hours, & love everything I hear. You can do that on the unit itself too, but easier to do on a computer. I love this player!!

The file system is FAT16/32. The audio formats that can be played back on this player are MP3/WMA/AAC. This player can play up to 5,000 audio files on the USB device.
