• In Shuffle Play mode, you can play tracks/files in random order. You can select whether to play tracks/files on all discs (or a USB device), on a specific disc, or in a specific folder. PLease see the operating instructions page 17 for more details.

• Absolutely. The Sony CDP-CE500 CD Changer operating instructions indicate on page 16 that this unit offers random or shuffle play across all CD or MP3 CD discs (All Discs Shuffle) , one specific disc (1 Disc Shuffle), and on a connected USB device (USB Memory Shuffle). Good Luck.
