QuestionDVD player doesn't play Disk with this TVI have DVD player that is hooked up to the Sony TV with a HDMI cable. On the remote I select the input that the HDMI is plugged into and get an error message that the Disk in the DVD player can't be read and played. This same DVD disk played on this DVD player on an older Sony TV that I owned previously.

- Answer you can tell because the picture is blurry without the glasses. not much available in 3d, unless you have a 3d bluray player to play 3d movies with. netflix might, but i havent seen one yet from them

Questionsony tv energy star ratingi was wondering why the sony 55in tv is not energy star rated Sony KDL55W800C LED HDTV , the energy guide sticker says 12.00yearly estimate energy cost, the 50 inch Sony KDL50W800C LED HDTV is energy star rated and the guide says 10.00 yearly estimate, are the estimates correct and why isnt the 55inch model energy star certified. thank you

QuestionWi fi connectI am still trying to connect the internet to the TV and have worked with Comcast and used your suggestions to connect to the wifi. There is another setup screen with multiple questions about home and network connections and wifi. Shouldnt the WiFi be on and are there other settings on this page which should be modified because it appears that the internet is not being picked up because the Wi Fi is not enabled. I would think that if the settings for the WiFi (network/Home network ) are connect then when I follow the previous steps and get to the easy button wouldnt the potential networks come up to make the selection. QuestionCannot connect to the internetI have Comcast and followed the TV manual instructions to connect to the Internet. I have been unable to connect to the internet and when I follow the manual instructions as provided in an earlier email when I get to the part where for network connections I select easy after processing for a while my screen shows that I must manually enter the SSID which I did. I then entered my password and at the end of the processing of that step I get an error message that the router cannot be found. Not sure where to go from here.

- Answer I spoke to the Geek Squad and they recommended buying a new router. I decided to unplug the TV power from the wall for a minute(essentially re-booting the TV). Plugged it back in, went to network settings, and the router appeared immediately. No new router necessary.
