I spoke to the Geek Squad and they recommended buying a new router. I decided to unplug the TV power from the wall for a minute(essentially re-booting the TV). Plugged it back in, went to network settings, and the router appeared immediately. No new router necessary.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Bob, when you’re trying to connect your Android TV to the Internet via Wi-Fi with a WEP encryption and an incorrect password is entered, the TV cannot identify the incorrect password and any of the following error messages may be displayed: -Incorrect password (WPA key) -Router not found -Could not connect to the Internet -Could not find (your Wi-Fi network) The message Connected successfully! may also appear even if the TV has not been able to connect to the Internet because of an incorrect password. When this happens, check whether the password was entered correctly regardless of the message that appears, then try to connect again. I hope this helps, Dave
