Don, Yeah as the Sony rep said the TV is native at 120Hz. The Motionflow is nice, but is hard to quantify measurement in anything that isn't Hertz. That said, I've been very happy with the refresh on it - there's a lot of motion blur control as well. Maybe it's because I don't see much of a need beyond 120 Hz for 2D images considering nothing is really shot or edited beyond 60fps and it's rare to see games go above 60fps unless you're using a PC.

Please try again later.Refresh rate is not necessarily something you should be waiting for...read this article on cNET which speaks to this and what is also needed from the TV along with the refresh rate to make any difference between 60, 120, and 240.
