• Just lift the plugs toward the top of the package and they come out easily

• Simply squeeze the center part of the plug between your thumb and index finger, then pull straight out.

• You squeeze the white plastic "lips" in each box, they come out quite easily, but they may be hard to squeeze for some people. Just squeeze and pull them out.

• Hello Charleston! In other to remove the plastic plugs it is necessary to squeeze both inner pieces together first and then pull forward to be able to remove the plug.~Jeannette
