But the web guide says "You won't need to use this guide if you only want to watch regular TV programs". However, I am stuck to the Internet setup screen" since I first time to turn the brand new TV. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.An old-fashioned paper user manual is included in the box and was helpful. It comes with 2 remote controls, and so you might try the other one if you are finding one isn't working. Also check that the remote control batteries are properly installed, and that nothing (such as a sound bar) is blocking access to the remote sensor (bottom front and center) on the TV. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hold down the power button on the regular remote to do a full power down of the tv. It should then start up fine. If you press lots of buttons to soon, it gets glitchy :)
