I think it may be just your particular TV. I don't have these issues at all. My TV enhances every channel that I have. I would certainly return it and ask for another one. I have Direct TV and mine works great!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think that is just how it will be since you are taking a 480 resolution channel and trying to make it 2160. You TV is adding pixels in between the pixels it is receiving from your FIOS. But that is why its blurry. Which will happen with any TV.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine seems to upscale real well I have no complaints at alll. Maybe you got a lemon
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. All HD and 4K TVs look bad when connected to a 480p/480i source on my experience. Especially when you get used to watching everything in 1080p or higher. SD video pixels are almost 3x the size of HD pixel. You can't make more information for something that isn't there. All you can do is blur the edges which makes the fuzzy look. I used to keep my old Sony trinatron around for stuff like that, but eventually but the bullet and started replacing all my VHS stuff w blue ray. As far as SD channels go.... I'm guessing you have cable tv. Almost all of DirecTV channels are HD. I've had no issues with my Sony 4K tv and DirecTV.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The older TV transmissions were basically 240 lines of pixels and broadcast networks gradually upgraded to the better SD 400 lines, and now 720 and 1080 HD which make a huge difference in sharpness and brilliant color. We have a lot of variety in the new HD shows and movies and they are more exciting. Don't return your new TV set, learn to appreciate the HD clarity in picture and sound quality. The old analog shows are fun for nostalgia reasons like I love Lucy, but none of us want to go back in TV time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try to watch non-HD channel first then switch to HD. You will see big difference

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I also have this TV and find it exceptional. I did upgrade to the Monster audio video cable for an additional $49 (sale price). Perhaps you need to upgrade as well?
