Sony TVs are engineered to meet the strict standards that define the modern cinema experience. Along with IMAX Enhanced, it supports Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos to deliver the premium clarity, depth, and audio atmosphere that filmmakers intended. However, the TV does not feature legacy analog connections, so you won't find component or composite video inputs on the back. To connect an older device like a VCR, you will just need to use a third-party Composite-to-HDMI or Component-to-HDMI adapter box to bridge the analog equipment to the TV's modern HDMI ports.
