QuestionIf I intend to connect a ROKU device to this TV and use it as my everyday content provider, will the TV automatically open to the google tv home screen when it's turned on forcing me to change the input back to the ROKU ?

- Answer If you use your Roku remote to wake up the TV, it will automatically open to the input of your Roku device displaying your Roku home page.

QuestionDoes anyone know the amount of internal storage on this TV? I'm looking for a smart TV with more internal storage because it's such a pain when you run out. Average smart TV internal storage is 8.2 GB.

- Answer This is also 8.2GB. Simple solution is to plug in a USB thumb drive. I’ve done this to add games to my TV and it works seamlessly. Simply download any additional apps or programs to your USB

QuestionCan a wireless Bluetooth microphone work with this tv? I think it would need to have a mic input. Would my voice come through the speaker with the music?

QuestionIt appears that there is a thicker portion on the back of the TV that is shaped as a rectangle that is smaller than the overall screen size. What are the dimensions of that thicker rectangle please?

- Answer Hi SmileyMcPoo, Thank you for your question. The hardware enclosure on the back of the tv if you were to measure from the front panel to the back of the hardware enclosure looking from the side of the tv, it’s a 2 1/8th of an inch in depth. Hope this helps. Regards, Erin

QuestionI recently bought the Sony A80J and am having issues with watching shows on cable. The picture comes through very blurry compared to anything I watch from a streaming service. I tried the various preset visual options and it didn’t correct it. Suggestion?

- Answer The spectrum app isn’t supported by most tv’s. I myself use a Xbox series X with the spectrum app installed.

QuestionDoes the Bluetooth on this Sony version (BRAVIA XR A80J Series OLED 4K UHD Smart Google TV); capable of wireless audio transmission to my hearing aids? (ReSoundJabra/Costco/ Enhance Pro). Or do I have to use ReSound streaming box?

- Answer Hi Mikey, thank you for your question. You can only pair Bluetooth headphones to the TV that supports A2DP Bluetooth profile. Other Bluetooth headphones that support A2DP may work. However, we don't guarantee its operation. Hope this helps. Erin

QuestionI am considering buying the Sony X-r 80 j tv- but how can I hook up my rca connections to my receiver to the tv. Y,Pb ,Pr ( component video in). Audio in R and L.. Video in DVD players. A/V out rt and left . 8 wires total. Rca connections

- Answer I do not see any component video inputs or any style RCA plugs inputs, this TV is way too modern for outdated technology like that. Best Buy (and other vendors) sell separate HDMI small box adapters that will accept older style inputs and connect them to the tv via HDMI.

- Answer TV is not intended for outdoor use. I have a Hisense H9 on my outdoor patio and simply make sure to cover it when not in use. It’s been back there for 2 plus years with no issue. Problem you may have with the Sony is it being an OLED, it may not get bright enough for outdoor use. I would recommend going with an LED or mini LED tv instead.

QuestionI want to place use my Klipsch soundbar with this TV, placed in front on a console top. The soundbar is 3" high - will this obstruct the viewing area? If the included stand does not place the TV high enough, can you recommend an aftermarket stand ?
