QuestionI connected my phone to my Sony A80j with apple airplay. While watching a movie maybe like 15 minutes my tv goes on picture mode and I have to keep touching my remote so it won’t go on picture mode is there a way to turn that off ?

This is definitely not the viewing experience we want you to have. We’d love to help you troubleshoot your problem by isolating your sources and understanding your connections. In the meantime, please try the following steps below. Perform a Power Reset or Restart of the TV Make sure the Auto Picture Mode is Off. Home > Settings > TV > Picture & Display > Picture adjustments> Auto Picture Mode > Off Make sure the Picture Reset Mode is Off. Home > Settings > Retail mode settings > Picture Reset Mode > Off Make sure the DEMO mode is Off. Please also ensure the TV and your phone software are up to date. If the issue isn't resolved after following the troubleshooting steps above, perform a factory reset. QuestionDoes the a80j still have an issue about burn in or image retention. Did Sony resolve the issue ?

- Answer Burn-In can happen with any OLED just like the old Plasma TV's. Just don't abuse it or keep it on the same channel for days on end to avoid this from happening.

QuestionCan the tv be used as the center channel speaker?

- Answer Could be however, I use a BOSE sound system that is 20-25 years old and it has a lot better center sound provided. Remember the screen itself is the speaker on this model. I will eventually move to a Sonos surround sound set up.

This is designed to hang select Sony BRAVIA OLED and LED TVs flush to the wall, just like any other work of art. Pull out your TV and swivel it left to right to adjust the screen angle for optimal viewing. You can also use a Vesa compliant wall mount with VESA Hole pitch is 11.81 x 11.81 inches (300 x 300 mm). Please note that there is also a weight limit with any mount and the bracket that you'll be using needs to be able to support the TV weight. Our 55"A80J weighs 17.8 kg (39.3 lb). I hope this helps.
