A:AnswerHello Connie, Our BRAVIA X90J supports composite video input and HDMI inputs. You can connect your DVD player via HDMI input using an HDMI cable or composite video input using a cable adapter (not supplied). Thank you for your inquiry and I hope this helps! Vincent
A:AnswerSite reloaded and lost my answer, so now you'll get the short version, my Sony Bluetooth speaker pairs, syncs and works perfectly, the only downside with mine is they have to be activated each use, luckily a shortcut can be created in on screen quick settings for bluetooth to go in and "connect" it. Over the XBR versus now XR TVs some things are better, but most are not... XBR connected when powered on all previously paired BT devices, but no quick settings menu... (added note, my bt keyboard lauches immediately with further action, unlike my BT speaker, however a home theater level BT speaker system may respond differently than headphones or portable speaker, what bothers me is that all my stuff is Sony and somethings still require an active connection on my part
A:AnswerHi Bagel40, Thank you for your inquiry! Our Bravia X90J smart TV does not have a built-in Roku, but it has built-in apps, just like Roku. You can also add more apps of your choice using the Google Play Store app of the TV. This TV also has a Chromecast built-in and supports Apple AirPlay. Hope this helps! Vincent
A:AnswerI am going to say no. I have Phonak hearing aids that are bluebooth enabled. If i use the MyPhonak ap on my phone, I can adjust the volume just for me without icreasing it for my husband.. Works pretty well but times out. I am waiting on an adaptor connection box like I used with previous Phonak aids (TV ComPilot).
A:AnswerHi Jim, You can use this TV even without a Roku or Fire TV Stick. With the X90J's Google TV feature, you can enjoy the 700,000+ movies and TV episodes, plus live TV, all in one place. It brings your favorite content from across your apps and subscriptions and organizes them just for you. Watch content from Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, YouTube, the Apple TV app, and many more. You can add more apps via the Google Play Store app. It also has a Chromecast built-in. Thank you for your inquiry and I hope this helps! Vincent
A:AnswerNo they added subwoofers in the middle so you can put the legs in how they're supposed to be on the outer edges they just slide in and click in and you can pull them out also.
But you cannot put them in the middle because you'll notice there's two holes circle holes those are base ports and that was to enhance the sound of the TV
A:AnswerAbout 42”. I purchased a pedestal stand so that it would fit on my TV console with no issues. My console wasn’t wide enough to accommodate the distance between the legs. They are also about 13” deep.
A:AnswerHi Cobweb, The distance between the stand of our Bravia XR-55X90J is approximately 41 7/8 inch (1061 mm). The measurement of the stand from front to back (depth) is approximately 13 3/8 inch (337.8 mm). Make sure the table-top stand will not protrude out from your bookcase top or chosen TV stand (furniture). A:AnswerHi there, Good question! This TV has a wide mode feature that allows the picture to be adjusted to fill the entire screen. Many set-top boxes, DVD players, and Blu-ray Disc players also may have a setting that allows the picture on the TV to be adjusted. For more information on what to check in case there is a black bars that appear on the top, bottom, and sides of the TV picture, please refer to the link below:

A:AnswerThe phone number is not a requirement, it is an option. However if you do not want to sign up with using the Google software you can always buy a roku and it will work great with the television. It will be cheaper to just add your Google information so you can enjoy your smart tv
A:AnswerHi NorthCullman, thank you for your question. Our BRAVIA XR X90J Full Array LED TV both have digital audio output and headphone output (3.5mm analog output). I hope this helps. Erin
A:AnswerHi NorthCullman, thanks for your inquiry. If your audio system doesn't have an HDMI connection, you can use an Audio cable (optional) - Mini-plug to RCA/Composite Audio cable. Please check the BRAVIA Connectivity Guide TOP below: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/articles/00231652
I hope this helps.
