- Answer Erin, X800e (this model) is not in the list of compatible Bluetooth (A2DP) devices in the link you've provided. Hence, I think the information provided earlier isn't correct and device isn't compatible (it doesn't have A/V Sync option

QuestionI have the Sony 55" X800E TV. I bought an Indignia HDMI to USB type C dongle to mirror from my HP Chromebook X360 14. The TV says it is not receiving a signal, but the computer recognizes the TV. Any suggestions how I can resolve this issue?

QuestionThe bottom of my screen goes to the top & has lines going through the top to separate it. Only way per geek squad is to inplug ..wIt a few minutes..plug back in & problem goes away. It's now happened 3 times in less than a month...ant suggestions

- Answer OP here. Went ahead and ordered this TV based upon the measurements provided by the manufacturer (and double-checked them in the manual) and these measurements are incorrect. They are 400mm x 300mm. This is incompatible with my TV stand. Now I have to purchase a mount to go with this when I would have preferred to purchase a different TV and save myself some money.

- Answer Mine is a xbr55x800e and I spent hours testing multiple headsets and even purchased a couple of Sony headsets, but the TV will not pair with any Bluetooth device. Sony says the Bluetooth can only pair with a mouse. The 43” version of this tv can pair with almost any brand of headset. Check https://us.en.kb.sony.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/66588/~/can-i-use-bluetooth-headphones-with-my-android-tv%3F for compatibility information.

- Answer I dont know stats. But we went from the 800e to the 900e for a few hundred more and dont regret a thing. That added features enhance the black levels so much its crazy. Our 800e messed up withing first 14 days so we took it back and ended up getting the 900. Since viewing these the 900 is much better. Not sure i answered your question but hope i helped
