QuestionThe bass on my tv is extremely loud that it hurts my ears. I’ve tried every which way adjusting everything and it’s still bad. I even called Sony for help. Is this a defect or can this be fixed. I know someone with the same TV and I don’t hear this. Help

You can place the TV in a covered patio as long as the screen is not exposed to direct illumination or sunlight to get the best picture quality. The TV is intended to be operated indoors. Exposing the TV to rain or moisture, direct illumination, or sunlight may cause damage. For safety reasons and to prevent the TV from malfunctioning its recommended operating temperature is: 0 ºC – 40 ºC / 32˚F - 104˚F. Hope this information helps! - Kris

- Answer You can cast your android devices through Google Home app. Just select the TV in the app and choose cast my screen or with Apple devices, swipe down from the top right side menu and choose mirror screen. There's air play built-in for this model.

- Answer You can cast your android devices through Google Home app. Just select the TV in the app and choose cast my screen or with Apple devices, swipe down from the top right side menu and choose mirror screen. There's air play built-in for this model.
