• Hi, Yes. It has built-in Wi-Fi. The Twin-View (PIP/PAP) feature will be available on the Android TV by the end of 2015 via software update. -Anthony

• yes and yes but I think the tv split screen has to be digital from the coaxial cable in back and an hdmi

• Yes, the set has built in WiFi. However, you can mirror your phone or tablet but I have not tested it yet. Business Blackberry phone - Enough said! LOL. I have not seen or heard about a split screen feature, but you will not be able to surf the web. No browser is included.
