A:AnswerTough question to answer. I would go with a new stand. I would absolutely spend a couple hundred bucks to preserve a $1200 TV. But I would look for one that prevents the TV from falling forward. If you’re TV is gong to break from some sort of fall, it will most likely be from falling forward.

A:AnswerHi REman,
Thank you for your question. The X90L doesn't have Picture-in-Picture (PIP), Picture & Picture (P&P), or Twin Picture capability. However, similar functionality may be available through a third-party service or channel for sports, videos, etc. Check with your cable or satellite TV provider for options.

A:AnswerHi BeanBunny,
We understand your concern about the TV stand. For optimum performance, make sure that the stand is installed properly. It is designed to provide stability to the TV. Aside from using the TV stand, you do have the option to wall-mount the TV to keep it more secure from the surroundings. We recommend the Sony SU-WL855. You can also use a VESA compatible wall-mount bracket that supports 11.81 x 11.81 inches (300 x 300 mm) (W x H) hole pattern and a weight of 53.4 lb (24.2 kg).

We appreciate your inquiry about the XR65X90L TV and its wall-mounting capability. Yes, the XR65X90L model is wall mountable. We recommend using the Sony SU-WL855 Wall-Mount Bracket for a secure and optimal installation. This bracket is designed to fit your TV model perfectly, ensuring safety and stability.
For detailed instructions on how to install the Wall-Mount Bracket, please refer to the official Sony manual available here: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/res/manuals/H028/f4945933bc06883be4a80b34df4be3b0/H0281001M.pdf

A:AnswerHi Bmw,
Thank you for your question! Yes, a Bose Sound Bar can definitely be used with your Sony BRAVIA X90L. Since you are using the HDMI eARC/ARC port for your cable box, we recommend moving the cable box to one of the TV's other three HDMI inputs. This will free up the HDMI 3 (eARC/ARC) port to connect your sound bar for the best quality audio and seamless volume control. Alternatively, the TV also features an Optical Digital Audio Output port that you can use to connect your Bose system.
We hope you find this information helpful, and thank you for considering Sony products!
Regards,
Dominick
