Q: QuestionThe sound signal from the TV plays through the receiver with no problem, but when I switch to an app (Netflix,Amazon Prime, etc.) the sound signal does not pass through. I just receive the video and that's it. I'm using input 3, the (ARC) connection. ????

• A:Answer Mine is hooked up this-- HDMI 1 After you push the home button on your Sony remote you need to switch your receiver from SAT/CABLE to TV. Now i have a sony tv and a sony very high end ES Professional Receiver and thats how my system works, Hope this helps.

Q: QuestionSeveral times I have asked different sources about how to tell if my picture is displaying hdr. Is there a setting or display button to push to see if hdr is actually being shown? Most answers have said the picture is noticeably brighter. I can't tell.

Q: QuestionDoes anyone know if the Sony 930e 65" is compatible with a "Mantelmount" TV bracket? I need to install it over a fireplace and be able to bring it down to comfortable viewing height. Any ideas besides the Mantelmount for doing this would be welcome.

• A:Answer You're right. It's a heavy TV. I had to get help setting in up on my mantel. The difference is Dolby Vision. Do your research and see if Dolby Vision is right for you. Right now the A1E, X930e, X940, X900F, Z9D and a some other newer models are available for the Dolby Vision software upgrade. The TV's processor chip is better equipped for it. You can do a TV comparison in specs on Sony.com.

• A:Answer I know that you can hear the speakers and attached audio system (connected via optical) at the same time. If you can connect your headset to an audio system, you should be able to do it. You may also try using a Bluetooth transmitter that connects via the AV cable out. Good luck.

Q: QuestionAs I understand, Sony 930e was a 2017 model carried into Sony's 2018 line. Is there a supply of 2017 930e's which will run out during early to mid 2018 or will it be available thru the year? I am pretty sure this is the TV I want, but no room for it now
