- Answer No it does not convert 2D to 3D, but the 3D is very good for an active display, although you have to play around with the settings and picture modes and sometimes reset the TV to eliminate crosstalk.

- Answer Quality is amazing. Sharpest picture I have ever seen. I'm still getting used to seeing all of the features of actors faces that you couldn't see with lower grade TV's.

- Answer No, but you can buy the Sennheiser RS 175 over the ear wireless headphones, where the base plugs into the headphone port, the wireless headphones sync to the base. You would think they would have a software update that would take care of that, but no dice. The Sennheiser headphones are about $250.00 , they fluctuate with the Best Buy sales. Wait till they are on sale.
